Class dates are August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th! Tuesdays from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm.

Attendees will learn and discover more about the basics of physical postures/alignment, breath-work, mindfulness/meditation, and more.

This is the perfect opportunity to explore all 8 limbs of yoga and answer any questions you may have about your practice!
