About the event
Give your little ones the opportunity to experience the magic of yoga!
Using magic wands they'll learn about the mind, body, breath connection, plus spring inspired poses and partner poses to get some energy out and create connection! Songs, games, and storytime, it's sure to be a fun time!
Mary is a local mother of two spirited boys, one cat and four chickens. With background in gymnastics, psychology and education, Mary has over 15 years of experience working with children and families in mental health, fitness, play and Yoga. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, and spent several years teaching adult Yoga in Downingtown. Mary loves outdoor adventures, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
Suggested age range: 2 to 8*

Bring a mat if you have one! Extras will be available for use at the studio
