About the event
Move & Groove is a unique movement experience that combines the mindfulness of yoga and the joy of dance. Participants will be guided through a variety of nourishing stretching and dance sequences, promoting cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and FUN. Moving and grooving, you will relieve tension while cultivating fluid strength, grace, and balance.
