About the event

Join April for a nurturing and healing Restorative Yoga Workshop with hands-on assists as you rest in supported postures. April will use her skills in Thai Yoga and Somatic Yoga Therapy to lead you into deep relaxation in your body and nervous system. This workshop is open to all-levels and ages 13 and up!
