SYS Hiking Group!
Join April Showman for a monthly hiking meet-up with the Solstice Yoga Shala community and friends.
This group is open to all who enjoy the outdoors, the healing benefits of forest bathing, and the connection to other humans, animals and nature. April will offer a brief warm-up including standing stretches at the beginning of the hike (no yoga mat needed), and an energy healing-Qigong practice during a break in the hike. Hiking locations/days/times will vary month to month.
