Allow yourself to be supported by the earth as you release all of your burdens, ascend and surrender to opening through all layers of your being.  Yin Yoga is a stilling and meditative practice with intent to calm the mind, relax the body and liberate the spirit.  This enhances the natural flow of energy through the body.  Coupling the quiet of yin yoga with sound immersion gives your mind, emotions and spirit somewhere to reside, providing you with the truest, deepest restoration and nourishment.  

Leave attuned and refreshed beyond words.  This event comes with the emphasis that you are whole as you are, be lifted and upheld the way you arrived.

Wear comfortable, flowy clothing and keep your socks close! Bring water to clear your throat and a warm heart open to receive refined frequencies.

About your Guide:

Jen of Embodied.Angelik Attunement has been delving in the healing arts for well over a decade. In both the nursing and yoga fields for over 10 years, she is versed on both sides of the proverbial caring coin. Yin yoga is her specialty and treasured choice of sharing much needed rest and relaxation to all. Sound is a more recent incorporation to her offerings, all centered around soothing the soul and all intuitively learned. With emphasis on the spirit, she shares an amalgamation of these worlds through her small holistic caring business.
